Fat loss has become a familiar term for urban lately. Most of my colleagues and housemate have a membership with the fitness center. Although I am not falling in “fat” category but I do join fitness center for workout. It is for a healthier lifestyle.
Indeed, I heard a lot of the stories about weight loss. All the stories are from my colleagues and housemates. They will share their weight loss experience during the lunch hour. From here, I notice a similarity about their weight loss program, which is they are so concerning about their calories consumption.
Recently, I heard they are discussing about a weight losing gadget. They watch the progress by using a weight watcher. So, they could actually monitor their weight before workout, after workout, or even after every meal. In addition, they are following with the Jenny Craig program for weight loss. Besides, they keep calculating the calories consumption for every meal, and then compare with the calories burnt after workout. In order to burnt more calories, they would more likely to join cardio class back to back. I used to try to join two classes consecutively, it was tiring!
No doubt, they are working hard in weigh loss. But, when I asked about the progress, the answer was not encouraging! I was so surprise when my colleagues told me they only mange loss few lbs after hardcore workout! They were so dedicated, but they will gain back weight easily. I can see how disappointed they are!

Besides, they claim to have simple and effective fat loss plan for everyone who needs it. I think this might be a good reference for my colleagues and housemate.
