I encoutered diarrhea and fever last Saturday before I went back to hometown. I was frighten of H1N1 with the similar symtoms at the begining. Luckily, it was just a normal food poisoning. I believed it was because of the noodle that I had a night before was too spicy. Anyway, I am happy that I am not one of the victims of H1N1.

I had a whole day of training today. The training was taking place at one of the auditorium in the company. I had bad experience in that room today.

 I kept sneezing and sneezing because of the dirty carpet. I have a sensitive nose, I can’t take it. So, I was suffering throughout the training! Perhaps I should take more Vitamin C as suggested by my colleagues. Does it help?

Tomorrow is another round of training, I hope I will be fine. Sneezing is very tiring!

I received a forwarded email about the effective way to do body detoxification during weekend. The method is easy; just replacing the weekend dinner with the following meals:

I was a smoker. I decided to quit because I concern my own health. Besides, smoking causing dehydration and dried skin, that is the major factor of wrinkles!

I was not a heavy smoker, just socially. I quit by my own determination and without any medical helps. Yes, the determination is the key. Even though I get through all the hard time, but I know my decision is correct.

If you do not have strong determination as I do, you can choose to start with electric cigarette. It is non-flammable device but gives you like an actual smoking experience. I believe it is efficient as the first step for you to quit smoking. Let’s start it now!

My mum is under medication for high-blood pressure. So, I am looking around the nutrition program which is suitable for her. Then, I found an interesting fact from the internet.

Based on what I read from the article, Vitamin C is believed can reduce stroke risk by 42%. The research was involving middle-aged and older adults. Foods that rich in Vitamin C are broccoli, oranges, and lemons. So, I am going to add these foods into my mum’s diet and hope can help her.

I only know that Vitamin C can help us to fight germ and help increase our immune system. Now I know more about what it can contribute to us~!

Vacuuming your house/ bedroom could help you to have a healthier skin. This is because stuffs like dust mite (see picture) and cockroach debris can cause irritating to skin. Here are the few special cleaning which might help you to eliminate all these stuffs more effectively:

• Use steam clean rather than dry clean. Dry clean possible to stir them up.
• Purchase air purification system to help lower the mite count in your house.
• Wash you bed linens or bed sheet regularly. Dust mite love hanging out in bed, so it is good to wash the bed sheet at least once a week in hot water, detergent.

Before I left the office yesterday, I felt cold suddenly. I asked my colleagues whether just my illusion, they told me it is cold. But, when I reached my home, I still felt very cold even everyone knows my house is HOT like hell.

Frankly, I was a bit worried because of this suddenly fever viruses attack. Will it be caused by dengue? I felt very cold for few hours and then fine after it. Then, I felt headache as well.

I couldn’t stand with this condition and decided go to see doctor. That was 10PM. Doctor said I have high fever and gave me two days medicine. If I still feel sick after finished all the medicine, then I have to come for next check-up, for dengue…

So, I am on MC today. I am staying home and hope I can get well soon. I don’t want to suffer with dengue fever anyway!
