Swine flu has infected humans and result in human to human infection.
The outbreak appears to have originated from Mexico and has caused a number of infections (in Mexico, USA, Canada, France, Spain, New Zealand and Israel) and deaths (in Mexico) so far. It is good if we know how this disease spread:

From swine
Human infection with flu viruses from swine are most likely to occur when people are in close proximity to infected swine, such as in swine barns and livestock exhibits housing swine at fairs.

From humans
Human-to-human transmission of swine flu is thought to occur in the same way as seasonal flu occurs in people, which is mainly through:
            i. Coughing by people infected with the influenza virus
ii. Sneezing by people infected with the influenza virus.
iii. Touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching you mouth, eyes or nose.

There is an effective swine flu pandemic kit that could help to prevent this disease. Please refer to swineflukits.com for detail!
