Most of my colleagues are lazy go for gym after working hours. Perhaps they feel tired or they have family to look after. So, how they keep a healthy body?

From what I know, one of my colleagues purchased a kettlebell exercises package from the internet. The package includes DVDs and the accessories needed during workout. The program is divided into three important parts: cardio, core, and resistance. My colleague found that the program is really helpful for him. He doesn’t need to go gym but can enjoy the same benefits from this program.

The program is affordable if compared with gym membership. Perhaps I should try it too!

Boating is a famous activity nowadays. It is a leisurely activity of traveling by boat whether use of power boats, sail boats, or yachts. Some activities that can carry out during boating are fishing and waterskiing.

It is undeniable that boating can be a very nice recreational during holiday. My department plans a boating activity for our next teambuilding. All of us are excited with it. We planned to have a party on it, but it will be a non-alcoholic drink’s party.

While we were planning on that party, the HR sent us an email regarding “do and don’t in the boat”. One of the regulation stated that strictly no alcohol drinks on the boat. Based on the explanation, it is like driving cannot consume certain amount of alcohol. It is illegal! Based on the given information, the limit for blood alcohol is 0.08. So, Boating and Alcohol Don’t Mix! To be fair to the boater, we decided not bringing any alcohol drink to the boat.

We hope to have an enjoyable trip. Remember don’t consume alcoholic drinks if you need to drive a boat!
