More workout needed!

I am working hard in gym lately. This is because I gained 3KG in total during Chinese New Year. Besides, I rarely went to gym for the passed two months. My stamina is not as good as before.

I felt tired after Body Pump class today. Normally, I can do two classes back-to-back, but just now my leg was shaking even I carried lower weight.

I don’t want to see excessive of fat in my belly… I have to work harder to reduce my fat!
