My mum is under medication for high-blood pressure. So, I am looking around the nutrition program which is suitable for her. Then, I found an interesting fact from the internet.

Based on what I read from the article, Vitamin C is believed can reduce stroke risk by 42%. The research was involving middle-aged and older adults. Foods that rich in Vitamin C are broccoli, oranges, and lemons. So, I am going to add these foods into my mum’s diet and hope can help her.

I only know that Vitamin C can help us to fight germ and help increase our immune system. Now I know more about what it can contribute to us~!
