In a lot of function or celebration, they will hang some decorative items to increase the joyful of the celebration. However, some of them would forget to take it off after the celebration.
I spotted a flag is hanging in the park. From its outlook, I can say it has stayed for quite some time. Perhaps some one (but not me) should remove it. It is kind of shame for the country!

Yup.. I have the same attitude as you in cleanliness of the area. Somehow some people are still not responsible enough to ensure that the job was done properly. Isn’t that quite common in the mentality of many youngsters of today?

Flag hanging half-way *gulpz* means the passing of an important person.
They really should bring it back up or remove it.

Hey, that really not the right way to hang a flag (half way on the pole). It means either Pak Lah or Najib had passed away! What a disgrace…
