I wanted to donate some money to the China Earthquake fund after the incident. It is something that I can do to help the unfortunate people. Sadly, I was too lazy to issue the check to the local press fund.

Luckily, I read MerduriaN’s blog last night. She posts the alternative way to donate money thru the Paypal. So, I just quickly visit Paypal website and transfer USD20 to the Earthquake fund. I know it is not much money, it just a little help from me… So, I just post this information at here and spread the words. In case you are the same kind of person like me, Paypal is the best alternative.

Do you have other alternative channel to donate the money?

KiKi Ewe is working in the local property management firm. It is a medium-scale of company but it is expanding. However, they are still using Excel-based system in managing their work. So, KiKi will be so busy during beginning of the month.

In fact, a lot of companies are using Property Management Software in helping them in property and lease management. As I know, Siterra is one of the effective software that helps in lease management. It is able to reduce cost and increase the cash flow!

Perhaps KiKi should recommend the software to the management. It definitely would help to increase the productivity of the staffs in the organization.
