It has been happens for few times. I got hardly go into sleep during Wednesday night!
It is a big problem for me. I need to wake up very early morning of Thursday (6:05am). This is because I have morning classes 8am to attend, and until 2pm, back-to-back!! So, I need to have enough rest on that night.
This is the third week that I suffer from this problem… Anything can cure me?
