Music is playing the important part for me during workout. This is especially I am doing the cardio exercise. I would follow the rhythm from the music and run faster, haha! So, I would load hit songs into my iPod, and have a playlist specifically for my gym session.
Recently, I am fascinated with Mary J. Blige’s new album, Growing Pain. There are few songs I like in this album, such as Come to me (Peace), Fade Away, What love is, Shake Down (feat Usher), and more~!
So, this album might become my favorite album for this month~~!! Do you have any album to recommend?
