There is something bad happens on my friend. He is planning to divorce with his wife. This is because some of the arguments are not able to settle in peace. I remembered I attended their wedding few years back, it was so sweet to see them get united becoming one entity. Now, I have to see them being separated and become different entity.

During their marriage, they own few properties together. This includes lands and houses. They both bought together when Leslie is quite success in his investment. Both of them agreed to sell their endowment policies after they have divorced. Alvin is asking my help to look for the better buyer. He has not in the condition for this. I feel his pain when he said “Anita is asking me to sell my endowment after divorce.”

Saturday night is my unofficial alcohol night in last year. But, I seem having alcohol drinks frequently on the Saturday night. Perhaps I should declare is the official date for myself to enjoy alcohol drinks in this day.

Differ with the other Saturday night, I bring home with a cheap red wine from Giant Hypermarket (Indeed, Giant Hypermarket is my least favorite hypermarket in Malaysia). I know that red wine is more likely “healthier” than beer, so I just bought one~!

I couldn’t finish it in that night. So, I stored in fridge and drink in alternate day. I know that it can’t keep long after it is opened. I have to finish it in the shortest time~! Luckily, I am able to finish it with Keone’s help before I went back to hometown.

Do you have any brand of red wine to recommend? Remember it must be affordable, ok? Haha~~!

Tomorrow is my boss last day in the company. I visited her office to get her signature for the claim form. I noticed that she had clear up all her stuffs.

She is a great boss. So, we actually plan the get-together farewell party on tomorrow. I can say it is not a really big event, but it is from our sincere heart. We feel so thankful for the contribution that she has made.

Initially, we are looking for the present for her. It spent us sometime in searching the right present for her. Lastly, we decided to get a pen with a card. Personally, I am not satisfied with the card that going to give to her.

I have browsed thru the internet about greeting card. I found that CardsDirect.com is providing wide range of the quality card. I like the Photo Greeting Cards which allows you to include your own photo in the card. It would give you the impression of the card is tailored made for you! However, I do not have my boss photo, so I cannot make one for my boss.

However, I found a Thank You card which is quite suitable for her (see picture 1). The design is simple, but it looks classy. Hope you will have better prospect in future, boss.

We went to Shi Tou Jie (石头街, Stone Street Restaurant) for dinner. This is because we felt lazy to cook at home. Since SST got the 10% discount voucher, so we decided to go for that restaurant.

The restaurant is located at SS2. It is Hong Kong cuisine restaurant. We visited there for dinner but they are still offering the set lunch menu. The price for the set lunch is quite affordable, which RM7.90 comes with drinks.

Each of us ordered the set lunch and we also few side dishes. The total bill is only RM49.50 for five pax. After paid the bill, the waiters gave us another four pieces of same discount voucher. Although the price is quite affordable but I don’t think I am going to visit there. I don’t think the food is nice. What I felt is putting junk of MSG into my stomach, that’s all.

 

I nearly forgot to post about the Photo Hunter for this week. I skipped last week’s topic “I Spy” because I don’t like to spy (liar…).

Ok, this week’s topic is about METAL. So, I the first two pictures was taken from KY’s necklace and ear-ring. I rarely see her wear it (I don’t whether it is, indeed), but last time she asked me to capture this picture.

The last picture is my metal chopstick. It is reusable and portable, very light and convenience. Hope can help to save the tree by against the disposable chopstick~!

I have seen my housemates pack their foods by re-using the plastic container. As I know, not every kind of plastic is reusable and not every type of plastic is suitable for restore food. There are some plastic which is specially use to store foods.

As I know, High Density Polyethylene is used for many packaging include foods. This is because HDPE is good in chemical resistance. It rarely reacts with other substances to produce toxic. So, it is suitable to use as food storage. However, it has the limitation which could not pack with foods that need a CO2 or Oxygen containment. HDPE also used in packing detergents, acid, bleach because it is excellent in chemical resistance.

One of the benefits of HDPE scrap is it is recyclable. This is a very good point because nowadays people are promoting recycling. It can help to reduce the waste in our mother earth.

I understand that people living in tense in at this era. So, sometime we just make something wrong and hope to get the forgiveness. However, beg for the forgiveness not always the easiest thing. Since it is Prophet’s birthday, as an Islamic country, we shall enjoy the public holiday.

We did not have any plan for this extra holiday, so we just stay home. As usual, we were so lazy to go out for food at the afternoon. We made our own food.

This time, we let SST solely become the chief. We took out the entire ingredient which available for him and let him decide what to cook.

Apparently, his cooking skill in eastern cuisine is below average. My comment is he was trying to make the food cooked and edible. I know my comment is so cruel, but it is true. Anyway, I won’t complaint anything. I will let him cook more often to improve his cookery.
 

We were discussing about the vacation for this year. It seems every one of us have had the plan for this year. All of us plan to visit Asia for this year!

Ben and Thinny would go to Hanoi at this coming April. It is the company trip organized by Thinny’s company. He can bring a partner with 50% discount. So, Ben gets the benefit from there. Kee Yit, Keone and SST would go to Krabi on Octobor. It would be the six days trip. I wonder what they are going to do in that island. I would go to Bangkok on end of the September. I hope can shop a lot from there!

This morning’s discussion reminds me the fantastic holiday that I had at last year at Las Vegas. We had tried a lot of travel method. We went to Eldorado canyon and Gold Mine by Jeep, went to Grand Canyon by air and float. I heard that currently they are having Grand Canyon Chariot of fire helicopter tour; I hope to try it one day. I hope can visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art someday as well.

It is so nice to be on TOP again. Since the first time I was be on top few weeks ago, I like to check the Top Earner at the DAY section. This is especially during the early of the day; when no much people are start to write.

I wonder how other people can make so much within a day. I am really impressed with their capabilities. I just hope someday will get featured in the month section! HAHA~~!!
