We went for Country Farm Organics warehouse sales last week. It is located at somewhere Sunway Damansara. You can find the outlet at OneUtama shopping center. I read it from the newspaper and decided hit to there on Saturday morning. It is from 25-27 January 2008.
It is not crowded as usual warehouse. Most of the shoppers are at aunty or uncle level. It is not easy to see youngster like me (wink) at there. Does it mean youngster lately still not aware of organic products.
After 45 minutes in the warehouse, three of us (ME, SST, KeeYit)Â spent RM98.20 for the following products:
- French sea salt = RM10
- Organic Oat 500g = RM 4.50
- Organic Oat 200g = RM 1 (special promotion)
- Brown rice 1KG = RM2.50
- Red rice 1KG = RM 5
- Lemon juice 473ml = RM12
- Instant organic soy bean powder 500g = RM 20
- Apple = FOC
I wanted to buy the organic dish washer for HEAF, but it was out of stock. So, I asked KY to get the AmWay dish washer (claim to be organic too). We have a HEAF fund monthly, I am utilizing the fund to go for organic products for HEAF. No one going to question me as this is positive, right?
Do you consume organic products? Do you think it is affordable with the price listed above?

i like organic food also it’s healthy but quite expensive

ei not too expensive wor the brown rice and red rice.. where’s the warehouse sales? if got i also wanna go next time.

Everyone is talking about health now. I would even want to convert all food and daily use product to organic if my household income allow me to do so.
