Recently, I am sick with the Information Technology Center (ITC) in my organization. Apparently, they did not have a good structure on their system. They rarely upgrade themselves to the current trend of the technology.
One of the critical problems in our company is the networking system. We are encountering internet service down at all the time. This is especially after the holiday; the internet connection would always on and off. Besides, parts of the workstations are unable to get online but the rest can. This creates a lot of inconvenience to us.
We had make complaint this issue to the ITC manager, but he seems take no action on it. Besides, the software using in the company also not updated. I doubt they have enough skills to handle the information technology infrastructure in this company. They need professional IT consultants to help them on this problem!
 
I would recommend the company to get out sourcing from the NY IT Consulting firm. They are expertise in the networking infrastructure analysis, solving our company’s networking problem should not be a problem for them.
