Yeah, they gave me this Air Cooler. Actually I am the one who pick this, and they paid for it. I didn’t give them other choices, because I just want it. We went to Carrefour @ Mid Valley two weeks ago, then I pick it, I sweap my card, then they gimme cash. This is the best way right? I got what I want, and they no need to headache about what to give~ This Air Cooler costs me them RM190. Is this a pricey gift from them? hmm… If you know the HEAF’s  household monthly income, then the answer is NO, muhahahahah!!!

For your information, my room is the smallest room in the HEAF. It is the hottest room, living with the hottest guy too~ *wink*. Sometime the room is too warm to stay, and I was hardly to get into sleep. I remembered the first two months I shifted to here, I slept with boxer only (sexy)~!

However, I’ve found some drawback about this Air Cooler. It generates noice when it is operating. Besides, it is not as cool as what I expected. However, I don’t really know how to operate it, since the instructions in the user manual are quite confusing. Have you used this machine before? Share with me about your experience, thanks~

Btw, don’t forget to visit Lifelong28 to see what can you give to me~ Thanks.

Despatch~!
icon1 admin | icon2 Life | icon4 11 20th, 2007| icon37 Comments »

I found a despatch note on last Thursday, it was issued to me. So, I am quite excited with it because no many people would send me PosLaju (despatch service).

There are several possible cross into my mind:

  • I won prizes in contest. Is it SHELL petrol gonna send me to Spain to watch F1, with RM5000 cash?!!
  • My birthday just arround the corner, suprise? (In fact, tomorrow is my birthday, I’ll show what my lovely housemate give to me, stay tune~).
  • Chubby-boy’s good suprise? (He even dunno my address, I guess)

I just can’t wait to know, so I arranged the 2nd delivery on Saturday. OK, here what I see:

OMG! It is another credit card… I didn’t apply it but it just comes to me! Perhaps I am using MBF Gold MasterCard, so they ‘reward’ me with the Gold Visa Wave?? Hey MBF, I know I am a poor guy, but you also no need to issue so many similiar card to me! You just spoilt all my dreams toward this despatch!

By the way, I have told that tomorrow is my birthday… Anything to reward me? muhahahahahah~~~

Don’t think only mama or women will cook at home, sometime a man like me will do it as well~ muhahahah!

So, I am doing my own cookbook at here. Let’s see how I do “The man’s fried MeeHun”!

1) You need to prepare the ingredient as below:

Sunflower seed oil, prawn, MeeHun, chopped garlic, Ipoh Bean-sprout (this one expensive), cabbage, carrot, chili paste, salt, egg.

mycook1.jpg

2) Heat your non-sticky-wok with cooking oil. Then put some salt, this can reduce the cooking oil from popping out. Then put garlic, chili paste, prawn, let it cook for some time. The sequence is important. OK, you will see something like this.

mycook2.jpg

3) Then follow by carrot, cabbage, and then MeeHun. At this time I am extremely busying, so I have no time to capture picture ya~ You just stir it for a while, see if ok, then put egg.  Lastly, put the bean-sprout and stir it a while… OK, almost done. So, I can snap the picture again~

mycook3.jpg

4) This is for 2-pax. Just ready your ingredient accordingly. The quantity is depends on your feel and personal preferences. Now, you can see my fried meehun, not bad right? It is good to eat with KFC (yuccckkk!).

So, if you have questions to ask for improving your cooking skill, kindly leave a message to me~ That cel*ka SST is playing his Vaio and disregard my nice dishes. Shame on him!

I have been drive at Klang Valley for almost five years, but I rarely go beyond to the place which I am not familiar with. Because I am idiot in the road, I have no sense on direction. When I need to go a place, I must plan it properly before I depart. Sometime, I will ask my housemate to lead me there before I need to go there by myself. This would reduce the chances for me to get lost. I know this sounds pathetic, but I am just this kind of person.
The time I was at Sabah, Chubby boy’s friend took us go round at the city. I found that the traffic’s infrastructure at Kota Kinabalu is quite easy. If KL could be such easy, then I would so happy to go around, without worrying too much.
In fact, when we are lost in the KL, there is something you must prepare. The thing is money. I believe most of you understand that KL is a city which full with tolls. The tolls fees are not cheap and yet to increase. If you noticed, when we are following to the signboard, it would lead us to toll. And we need to take a big round to reach our destination. So, we need to ready the money to pay for the fees. Besides, I am sure the petrol price going to increase on next year. So, planning your route to the destination is important.

Lately, I saw an interesting system which might be helpful us to detect our location while on the road. By installing a special hardware to the car, the authorized person would able to track your location! In such way, I can ask my friend try to track me while I am lost. Perhaps they could give me helps.
The system that I mentioned is GPS. It works as the vehicle tracking system which allowed the company to track about speeding, engine diagnostic fault alert, fuel consumption report, and even generate the monthly report. The main target customers for this high-ended product are trucking companies, construction, delivery vehicle, and many more. They also provide great support for after sale. You can get the detail description for the product at GPS Insight website or through their blog.

Personally, I think this is a useful tool. Besides using to track the company car, it also served as security system to track the stolen car. You can get the quotation online if you are interested with this system.

When she started her first step to study at England, she has made the decision about the journey in her life. The main purpose she wanted to study there is go around the places at UK. She is really cool.

I believe most of my coursemate read her blog at multiply. She travel frequently, then she tells the story in her blog. During she staying at London hotels, she got treated like a queen. She was impressed with the services provided at the London.

When she went to Scotland during August, there are having Edinburgh Festival. So, she staying at Edinburgh Hotels and get the special promotion. She thus went to the luxury play at The Royal Lyceum Theatre. Perhaps, for her is fine, but I am poor guy… This is too much for me.

Also, she went to Glasgow after Edinburgh. For your information, Glasgow is the third famous city in United Kingdom! She said Glosgow hotels have very unique architecture. She said the views from top of The Lighthouse make her so excited! She can see the whole Glasgow city center from there~!

She has a lot of stories that I would like to tell in the blog. She used to be a legend in my life. Perhaps I would telling more and more her traveling story at here~

Who is she? She is La Queen Sharon!

(I know you are reading my blog at UK, please gimme respond)

Flaming Steamboat Buffet
icon1 admin | icon2 foods | icon4 11 16th, 2007| icon310 Comments »

After attended two intensive classes at Fitness First last Sunday, I was so craving into foods. So, I’ve suggested to go to steamboat buffet after seeing the advertisment from the booklet. I tell you, advertisement always make HEAF people spend money.

flamingsteamboat1.jpg

flamingsteamboat2.jpg

As you can see, it is a steamboat buffet with only RM17.50NETT. I believe it is cheap enough for a buffet. The location is just near with the Sunway Pyramid shopping center.

Frankly, the foods were not so nice at there. Even they are telling you they have 130 type of foods, but mostly are fishball or meat ball. Then, the seafoods are not fresh at all. However, if you claim yourself have good immune system, then just go ahead with the seafood. I only take one prawn, and stopped.

I am quite fancy about steamboat, but this cheap stuff really dissapointed me. The TomYam soup too sour, fishball not nice, seafood not fresh, poor ambient… Luckily, I found that the icecream actually is nice at there. So, overall I will give ONE star to the food served at there. This is the only time I visit to Flaming Steamboat Buffer, I won’t visit there again~!

Move on

I attended a discussion group yesterday, but I am here not to talk about it. It was a small part of the conversation which attract my attention.

Interviewer: “If one day you woke up, and you noticed that XYZ store is disappeared in this planet. What would you miss the most?”

Johan: “Life goes on…”

He sigh.

Me: “Go to ABC store”

I answered it with no doubt.

Interviewer: “What if you noticed that XYZ and ABC stores are disappeared?”

She tried hard to create more troubles and elicit more information from us.

Johan: “Life still goes on…” We all agreed.

Vicent: “Nothing is irreplaceable, there must be a way out”

83966.jpgThey reminded me something that I’ve forgot. Life still goes on, no matter what… Nothing is irreplaceable. Life is tough, there is always a hope to a new life. Every obstacles make you become more tougher, every challeges let you see things more clearer. Make a smile, we have long way to go!

I think I’ve got something more than RM100.
