My new born baby, and the old one…

This is a late post. I am nearly fedup to publish any post for today. This is due to the incedent in yesterday.

I have registered another new domain for myself. It is not officially launching yet, but I have fixed the date on it. I am so particular on it. After the registration, I need to add it into my current hosting. I just simply try and error, as I can’t recall how I installed it for KeeYit. Luckily, I did it without any risk.

Since I have so long time didn’t login into my CPanel, so I am just playing arround in it. I have no idea about what I have done, and causing my LIFELONGSHARING.COM is DOWN~! OMG~! Can you try to imagine how would you react when you found your blog/domain couldn’t work. I thought it was the host is down, but I try to access KEEYIT.COM which hosted under the same hosting is accessible… OMG! I felt life is miserable on that time. I felt I have loss a baby…

I quickly submit a ticket to the hosting company, and get their attention immediately (thanks god, I see hopes). I don’t know what they have told to me, I just keep saying I don’t know ( I believed you guys would hate a customer such as me)… God seems listening to my pray, my baby is coming back to me after an hour, before I went out from office…

Then I came back and wanna setup my new born baby~ I read tutorial, alter some files, uploaded, and run install.php… HELL!!! WOT’s GOING ON?? I CAN’T SEE what I SHOULD SEE~! Old technique, submit ticket… I think the same person attended me, and this time he settle it for me within an hour~~ I feel like revived after two tragedies, but I was so tired after all.

Anyway, I really feel thankful to the support given by the technician. What would you do if you facing the same circumstances as I did?

    What’s your hosting company? I am using iipanel for my other projects and sites and the tech support isn’t fast at all. But the price is very cheap and the downtime is minimum.

    My hosting company is Shinjiru. I take it because it is cheap, muahahha~~!! I dunno you have other domain?

    Thats why I don’t simply play things around in the back end. I afraid problem and error end up no one save me. I will be very panic and yell for help everywhere one….hehe…

    But so far I know my webhost is very attentive.

    Submit ticket to my hosting company & ask them to do for me since I don’t want any prob on my blog, better to let experts handle it

    First cry, then call out to God immediately, can’t you see my problem was solved when my system was down last week? It is completely ok now and I must no forget to thank my God.
