This is a late post. I am nearly fedup to publish any post for today. This is due to the incedent in yesterday.

I have registered another new domain for myself. It is not officially launching yet, but I have fixed the date on it. I am so particular on it. After the registration, I need to add it into my current hosting. I just simply try and error, as I can’t recall how I installed it for KeeYit. Luckily, I did it without any risk.

Since I have so long time didn’t login into my CPanel, so I am just playing arround in it. I have no idea about what I have done, and causing my LIFELONGSHARING.COM is DOWN~! OMG~! Can you try to imagine how would you react when you found your blog/domain couldn’t work. I thought it was the host is down, but I try to access KEEYIT.COM which hosted under the same hosting is accessible… OMG! I felt life is miserable on that time. I felt I have loss a baby…

I quickly submit a ticket to the hosting company, and get their attention immediately (thanks god, I see hopes). I don’t know what they have told to me, I just keep saying I don’t know ( I believed you guys would hate a customer such as me)… God seems listening to my pray, my baby is coming back to me after an hour, before I went out from office…

Then I came back and wanna setup my new born baby~ I read tutorial, alter some files, uploaded, and run install.php… HELL!!! WOT’s GOING ON?? I CAN’T SEE what I SHOULD SEE~! Old technique, submit ticket… I think the same person attended me, and this time he settle it for me within an hour~~ I feel like revived after two tragedies, but I was so tired after all.

Anyway, I really feel thankful to the support given by the technician. What would you do if you facing the same circumstances as I did?

If you read newspaper, you properly read about Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong’s funeral cereony. There is no doubt that he had brought a lot of contributions to our country’s development. He was the smart one, although he was not educated at formal school. But, he see what people don’t see. He bought the Genting Highland on that time, which means nothing to people. We have an outing on last Saturday at The Curve. SST and Keone were hunting some clothes there. Since I have quite some times didn’t buy new clothes, so I have joined the venture as well. After 30 minutes, Keone came out with two pieces of Banana Republic’s shirt, and SST came out with Banana Republic’s shirt, and I also with my Old Navy’s sleeveless sport’s shirt.

Wah… All are so branded attire, you must think that we are going so rich right? But, wait! Have you ever seen Banana Republic and Old Navy in The Curve? Okay, I confessed. We get it from F.O.S, with very low price. It is not replica, but just lower grade…

Let me tell you something, this is my first sleeveless shirt for my entire life. I never wearing so sexy going out. I’ll wear it while I am going to Fitness First. I have very low self-esteem in showing my arm to people, as it is not musculine. I feel uncomfortable to show my armpit in public. I am so shy, yet so sexy too… But I have to do something different in my life… I have to move on… Let’s see the pictures before I walked out to Fitness…

Oh… I am thin… I don’t want to show my face…

After my previous post about Man’s Breast Cancer, I am suprised many of readers have no idea that men can actually develop breast cancer too. So, I continue the second part about the symptoms of male’s breast cancer.

Symptom:

Here are some signs for you to watch on:

• a lump felt in the breast
• nipple pain
• an inverted nipple
• nipple discharge (clear or bloody)
• sores on the nipple and areola (the small ring of color around the center of the nipple)
• enlarged lymph nodes under the arm

If both of your breast are a little bit large, normally it is NOT a symptom of breast cancer. It might be a abnormal of enlargement for you breast. This might caused by medications, heavy alcohol use, weight gain, or marijuana use.

After the breast cancer is noted, there are several treatment which could help. It would depends on the conditions of the breast cancer. Here are some suggested treatment:

• Surgery for Male Breast Cancer
• Lymph Node Surgery for Male Breast Cancer
• Radiation Therapy for Male Breast Cancer
• Hormonal Therapy for Male Breast Cancer
• Chemotherapy for Male Breast Cancer
• Targeted Therapy for Male Breast Cancer

Yesterday, I’ve got a big shock with my blogs. It turns to PR 4 eventually. Besides, another of my blog also turns to PR 3 as well. First at all, I want to thanks Google for awarding me for such a good rank. At least, I am satisfied with it. We heard that Google penalized a lot of blogs lately, and they bring a good news to most of the new bloggers eventually.

Besides talking about my own ranking, I want to share with you guys about my friend’s (in real word, not in virtual) blog:

1. Keeyit: She has two blogs. One is keeyit’s blogspot and another is her own domain. I think most of you know her as well, she is my housemate indeed. Now she has a blog which is PR3 and PR4, just same with me. She really blog very hard, so you can see a lot of comment in her blog. Her new record is 70+ comments in a single post… It is too much for me!

2. cbenc12: This is not her real name. But I believe you guys must familiar with her as well. She is one of my housemate as well.  She has three blogs in total. one is PR2 and another two are PR 3 after updates. She is forgetful. Tell you a secret, she puts a container at the pantry for more than three weeks, unwash! Because she forgot!

3. SST: He is the lucky one. I think he only blog for a month, and Google had grant him a  PR3! He never joined for any link exchange, just we (as housemate) put links to his blog. He blog about his life, his work, no you-know-what-post. He is not interested on you-know-what post or earning money from internet. So, PR means nothing to him, haha! But I believed a lot of people out there are envy with his PR. He has a gift. He can forgot anything and remember nothing. He is the one in our house who rarely do chores, muhahaha!

4. ckeone: He has blog for quite some times. He blog about his life with his man, his job, his complaints, his hate, his family… He falls in love about three to four months ago, and we see his hard-to-see’s smile in this few months. None of of us give a link to him, as he no need it. It means he has totally no social in his blogging, just join MyBlogLog… He has PR 0. He is uncertain. What he said doesn’t mean what he meant. I said he is a complicated creature, and he took it as compliment…

5. FooTiam: He is my Biology teacher during my secondary school. He taugt me Biology and I get A1 in SPM, so I teach him blogging and he get PR 3 as well! haha! We will visit him when we go back to hometown. He already a good friend of us. He is still single. So if you are lady around 30-43 years old, single, then can contact him, be a friend first… Who knows you will have more progress, muhahahah! He used to write children’s story in TheStar newspaper. Indeed, he is excellent in English, but not Mandarin. He write about his thought in the blog.

Okay, here are some blogs I recommend you to read about. Althought they won’t give you tips for earning money, but they are telling interesting stories. There are still a lot of bloggers who perform very well, but I didn’t mention here. I hope you guys don’t mind, and I’ll continue in supporting you guys! I hope the PR thingy is not just a glimpse…

Since it is a Pink October, I should blog about breast cancer as well. I know some of the male readers might think this is not their business. But, today I am going to blog about man's breast cancer.

Although male breast cancer is rare case, but it does happen. This is because male and female also have breast tissues. We (men) don't see ourself have a pair of big boob is because our bodies normally don't make much of the breast-stimulating hormones. But sometimes men can develop real breast gland tissue because they take certain medicines or have abnormal hormone levels.

The risk factors for male breast cancer might be:

• Growing older: This is the main factor. The risk increases as age increases. The median age of men diagnosed with breast cancer is about 67. This means that half the men who are diagnosed are over 67, and half are under.
• High estrogen levels:  This might be cause of Taking hormonal medicines. Being overweight, having been exposed to estrogens in the environment ,being heavy users of alcohol, having liver disease.
• Klinefelter syndrome
• Genetic alterations
• Radiation exposure

Ok, I hope I can discussion the symtoms and diagnosis in this october~

Finally is the time to ‘revise’ the fees of the LRT Monthly Travel Card (MTC). The revised fees will being effective November onwards. If you are the current Kelana Jaya Line users, the MTC will be increased RM10, from RM90 to RM100. The Bus + LRT MTC also increased RM10, from RM125 to RM135. The bus MTC would remain the same price, RM80. However, if you purchase November’s LRT MTC before 31st October, you can still enjoy the old price.

At the same time, they have upgraded their TouchNGo (TnG) system to reduce the use of paper. The TnG can become the MTC for a unlimited travel within a month. For instants, you can reload your TnG as the monthly card on 6th November, then the validity for unlimited travel is 31 days from 6th November. What you need to do is fill up a form about your TnG information at the counter and they will do the rest.

Sometime when I come across to the blog which talk about parenting, I will just simply browse through. This is because I am not interested on that topic. Although it just a browse through, I can feel those mothers (I never see got father blog about parenting yet, tell me if you know some)will talk about how they love their kid, how graceful of their kid too~!

I used to look after my nephews when they were kid. I confess that I am lack of patient on doing that, I am so easily to get mad. They were mischievous! However, I rarely scold them clamorously or beat them. No matter how bad they are, they are my nephews. I know my mum loves them so much, so and I. But the story is different when it comes across to my neighbour.

After we moved in HEAF, we can listen a mother who always 'lecturing' her children in a very HIGH pitch, everyday. During I poop, pee, shower, cooking, brushing teeths… We can listen it from early morning till evening, very clearly. Sometime, the mother even cursing her kid, and scold them STUPID KID! Although I don't know what happen exactly, but I don't think this is the good method to educate your kid. I really feel sympathy to that kid…

I know some of my readers are mother of kid, will you scold your kid in such way? Or someday when you have a kid, will you torturing them in such way?
